The Museum Education and Tours Programs have served K-12 students for over four decades in all 15 City of Los Angeles Council Districts. LAMAG’s school and group visit programs are inquiry-based, serve as an entry point for learning, are age and grade level appropriate and tailored to each group to offer innovative ways for youth to discuss art critically. LAMAG’s 45 – 60 minute school tours are aligned with select sections of the California State Visual Arts Curriculum and Anchor Standards, STEAM curricula, and Common Core Curriculum.
Tours are offered on Wednesdays from 10:00am – 12:00pm during each exhibition.
